TV reception is good but signal is not guaranteed on the island.

Changeover day flexible. If there is nobody going in on the day of departure you need not
leave until 12 o'clock. Bungamerica is a very quiet complex. the
apartments are on 2 floors spanish style. there is no need for a car, as all
amenities are walking distance. The well known marina of puerta colon is minutes away, where you can book boat trips.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan. Door to garden. Hairdryer in bedroom, (safe in wardrobe)
Bathrooms:
New bath with shower over, fully tiled. outside window to bathroom for ventilation. marble top vanity basin, toilet.
Kitchen:
2 electric hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils.
Utility Room:
Storage for cases, etc. Ironing board and clothes airer.
Living Rooms:
1 double settee, dining table and chairs, digital TV, DVD and VCR. Four English stations, good reception. Ceiling fan.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
The apartment is cleaned at start of let and finish. Towels and bed linen changed weekly. Extra towels / linen can be supplied for small charge, (speak to owner to arrange).
